At Tadpole, we’ve cultivated a dynamic and inclusive culture that thrives on creativity and teamwork. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do – our team works together to tackle challenges, deliver impactful results for our clients, and celebrate successes along the way.
We embrace individuality and value diverse perspectives, knowing that innovation flourishes when everyone has a seat at the table. Our workplace is more than just an office – it’s a space where ideas are shared freely, creativity is encouraged, and people feel supported in achieving their personal and professional goals.
We also know that a fulfilling career goes beyond the work itself. That’s why we focus on fostering strong relationships, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and creating opportunities to connect, grow, and have fun as a team. At Tadpole, we’re building more than campaigns – we’re building a community.
We offer a range of internships for people interested in learning what their fit in marketing & advertising is, or in growing their skill and starting their career. Internships can vary in length depending on what best fits your needs and work ethics. We take internships very seriously and are committed to ensuring that our interns walk-away with work and life experiences that will last a lifetime. In turn, we expect our interns to be committed to that experience. Our hope is to be able to professionally grow our interns, and although we can’t offer a guarantee, have a full-time position available at the end of the internship.
Tadpole was founded by doers. We’re all marketing & advertising experts. We worked hard to get to this point. We’re thankful for the many people that shared their knowledge and helped us along the way. In return, we’re committed to offering those same opportunities and experiences to other creatives and people willing to put in the work. We’re passionate about what we do and believe that more people deserve the opportunity to love their career.
Are internships paid?
Internships begin unpaid, but typically turn into a contractor or w-2 hourly position on a case by case basis after a minimum of 60 days. Our hope is to have a full-time position available for interns who meet expectations at the end of the internship.
Do I need experience?
Not always. Everything we do isn’t always taught in school, so we don’t expect you to know what to do on day 1. However, anyone interested in design, videography, and photography should have enough experience within adobe and their equipment to get started.
Are internships in person?
At this time, all interns report to our office in Lubbock.
Who is eligible for internships?
College students must be within 2 semesters of graduation for a standard internship. We are currently open to taking on applicants over 21 that are not in college, but have enough life & work experience to start a career. Basic skills and understanding of their desired position are strongly preferred.
